Suggestions: Movies with scary orchestral scores.

I'm looking for primarily horror movies with intense orchestrated music,as well as a lot of screaming for my step son.

He suffers from SBS, and is legally blind. This has nothing to do with the quality of the movie itself. The worst movie ever will do as long as it is traditionally scored. No heavy metal soundtracks, although he does like that as well.

He recently had surgery and is stuck in front of the TV for a month, so I'm trying to provide him with some kind of stimulation.

Thanks.

The Exorcist II score is excellent and its probably better not to see whats happening on screen anyways.
