Looks like Bale to me. One of the chief advantages of the new TDK suit is that they could use Bale in it for all the fighting. They relied on Buster Reeves for a good portion of the fighting in the old BB suit.

I actually thought the batsuit looked pretty solid.

I'm still shocked and pleased that Nolan chose Bane as a villain! He looks like a bad-ass 1980s Road Warrior villain.

From the same shoot, the Batmobile*

Spoiler:
* Not really. That's one of Bane's Tumblers.

The more Bane-pics I see, the more it reminds me of someone I know (nsfw, he's having a bad f'n day)

it has been like 95 degrees in Pittsburgh this weekend. I can't even image how hot it is in that suit. No wonder he looks miserable.

They really do.

Regarding the tumblers

Spoiler:
Does Bane really have tumblers? Is that from the comic?

Re: The Dark Knight Rises (Nolan)

I know Hardy put on a lot of muscle, and granted those are just candid pictures, but he's just not looking big enough to accurately portray Bane for me. He definitely looks smaller than when he portrayed Bronson. Hopefully they use some camera tricks to make him appear taller than Batman and he isn't always wearing those ill-fitting clothes, otherwise I'm not sure how effective he will be as the villain that can break Batman's back.

I don't find that last pic much of a spoiler at all. As much as people would like to deny it, that twist was spoiled long before they started filming.

And here's the original user's YouTube channel. Took quite a bit of videos: http://www.youtube.com/user/subaruwrxfan
And apparently there's a rumour that
Spoiler:
when Miranda Tate reveals herself as Talia, she kills Lucius Fox and stabs Batman.
I hope it's not true.
Spoiler:
I don't mind Lucius being gravely injured but I'd rather they not kill him off.

They use CGI to beef up muscle tone nowadays. I wouldn't put much stock into the photos.

Don't hold your breath. That's not Nolan's style (he tends to leave CGI as a last resort). Also, looking at the footage of the City Hall Brawl, it's clear that Bane has been re-imagined as a leaner antagonist that's more a physical match for Batman rather than a tank.

Would be funny if JGL's role turns out to be Bane san's mask, thus explaining why Hardy doesn't look all that big.
