Just got my tickets for the prologue screening on Tuesday

Re: The Dark Knight Rises (Nolan)
Hardy is impossible to understand on purpose! Nolan is a genius!

Re: The Dark Knight Rises (Nolan)
The guy was reciting his lines through a muzzle. You guys are suprised he is gonna be dubbed in post? Seriously?

Re: The Dark Knight Rises (Nolan)
and the useless troll is back.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises (Nolan)
With all the ADR being done these days it's a wonder they even bother speaking their lines on set at all.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises (Nolan)
ditto. I'm doing the Fort Worth one on Tuesday. Anyone here going to that one?

Me too...I guess I'll be standing in line for 2 hours to see 6 minutes of film. As far as I know, the Tuesday previews are JUST the prologue - no movie afterwards.

You guys are pathetic ;)

Re: The Dark Knight Rises (Nolan)
With no IMAX theaters over here, I hope good copy hits the net soon.

Not that the timing matters much but all of this "Operation Early Bird" hype went down three years to the day that "The Dark Knight" was released on Blu-ray and DVD three years ago. If that's not useless trivia I don't know what is, but whatever! |
Re: The Dark Knight Rises (Nolan)
I got my prologue tickets too, will feel weird to go see 6 minutes of film. But now I won't check out Mission Impossible 4 in IMAX, save me some bucks.
I plan to show up maybe half an hour before showtime, I won't wait hours to see just the prologue. If it was any further away I wouldn't go, but it is in downtown, about 10 minutes away. |

Oh geez... so in addition to listening to Batman McGruff, we're also going to work on deciphering Bane's vocab?

Nerd boner

Re: The Dark Knight Rises (Nolan)
I wonder if Warner will really let Nolan end his trilogy with Batman physically destroyed (dead is too much of a leap).
I could easily see Selina Kyle/Catwoman or Gordon taking the step that Batman won't and actually killing Bane, should he destroy Bruce. |
Re: The Dark Knight Rises (Nolan)
goddamn that is a great poster.
|
Re: The Dark Knight Rises (Nolan)
That poster is superb and very indicative that Nolan is making this one with the comic fans in mind.
