Best Train Explosions

Countless dirty jokes reside in the title of this post, but I mean true badass train explosions. Whats your favorite?

I'm sure any train explosions can be and have been covered in the general explosions thread.

The Fugitive has the best train wreck, though it doesn't explode that much. But they did it for real.

These BEST EVAR list threads are getting a bit tiresome, though. It's just list making, no discussion at all.

Now we're getting specific, aren't we? You didn't even give us your favorite.

I can think of a lot of films that feature trains, but I'm having a hard time remembering if they exploded or not. I'm just going to say Emperor of the North since it had Lee Marvin and Ernest Bornine in it, on a train.

Let's just turn this into a thread about favorite films involving trains, explosions be damned: The Narrow Margin (1952), Strangers on a Train, The Lady Vanishes, La Bete Humaine, The Station Agent, Once Upon a Time in the West, Some Like it Hot, Night Mail and Brief Encounter are my picks.

Under Siege 2 had a nice head on collision between two trains.

The Greatest Show on Earth.

The scene that made little Stevie Spielberg want to become a film director.

The train wreck in the Fugitive is legendary, but the wreck in Wanted was pretty damn impressive as well.
