I'm gonna cheat and have three.

The ROCKY SAGA. Consisting only of:

Rocky
Rocky II
Rocky III

and I'm gonna pretend that the series ends there, with Rocky as a rich man, and Apollo still alive.

THE END.

They had a special 12 hour showing but I missed it

All the extended editions..on the big screen once again and all one after the other:

Lord of the Rings Trilogy.

I missed the 12 hour feature here in Minneapolis. Got there to buy tickets and they were sold out

I saw Infernal Affairs I and II back to back at the Palm Springs International Film Festival - wow! that was very memorable, one of my friends who didn't see the first film was completely lost while watching Part II.

Seriously though, a double bill of Johnny Guitar (w/ remastered Tru Color) and the recently discovered, restored Metropolis on the big screen would make me a happy man.

I wonder if we'll ever see this one on DVD. Artificial Eye released a long OOP VHS, but that's about it.
