Helen Mirren should be a James Bond Girl: Yes or No?
 

Come on Hollywood - give the ol' ladies a chance. Do something different for a change, especially when some actresses get hotter as they age.

Does anyone else think that Helen Mirren should get a role in a James Bond film, as either the femme fatale or the good Bond girl? I want to see Helen Mirren in an action movie in which she ain't doing the Judi Dench role.

Helen was hot then and that she has aged and has still stayed deliciously sexy blows my mind. To me she's still very appealing.

Thanks all for the Excalibur recommendation. I've always sort of wanted to see this film, now I'm definitely going to pick up this dvd (selling for about 10 bucks at stores) since I never realized Helen Mirren was in this film.

Did Helen Mirren evolve like Jennifer Connelly? Meaning, doing sexy roles at start of career and then "got serious" and "covering up"? Does anyone recommend any other of her earlier movies where she is hot?

I don't think so. She's done some fairly recent nude/sex scenes. Also, Craig Ferguson had her on and he said that back in the UK, Helen was always known for her nude scenes going back to the 60's(?) and 70's.
