Movies with wacky premises?

I just caught "Time After Time" on HDNet.

sort of a meh flick, but the premise, of Jack the Ripper using HG Well's time machine to go to "present day" 1979 San Francisco has got to be one of the goofiest premises ever for a movie...

I assume "wacky" refers to both good and bad premises, so here's two awful ones:

Weekend at Bernie's
Weekend at Bernie's II

I didn't think Eternal Sunshine was that wacky of a premise really. And Human Nature I can't remember much of.
