I'm rock solid on my top 3:
1. Mulholland Drive
2. AI
3. The Pianist
They are the films that will be remembered and rewatched in 50 years. I view a top ten as a list of films that will still be of interest in the future. I have other favorites from this decade, but I really can't put them as a top 10, because I really can't trust that they will live on. By and large I think the decade has been pretty weak. I might also include:
Black Hawk Down
Tu Mama Tambien
History of Violence
24 Hour Party People
Punch Drunk Love
Donnie Darko
Lost in Translation

Honorable Mention:
Across The Universe, Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban, The Departed, The Prestige, The Fountain, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Superbad, Little Miss Sunshine, Lord Of The Rings (all 3, though my favorite is The Return Of The King), Pirates Of The Caribbean (1), Almost Famous (Untitled version), Gangs Of New York, The Aviator.
It's been awhile since I've seen certain movies, so this list is ever-changing. I honestly still don't understand all the love for Children Of Men, but maybe I'll have to revisit it sometime when my expectations aren't so high.

I feel the worst leaving off 25th Hour and Almost Famous. They would be the next two on my list, and probably would crack my top 10 depending on mood.
