Please help me ID recent horror flick

watched it on one of the pay channels, would like to find the DVD if it's out but I don't know the title. Very recent release.

Mother and young daughter drive in to a "ghost" town.
Of course they get separated. Mother spends a good part of the film searching for her daughter, seeing glimpses of her running from room to room in broken down abandoned buildings. (Sounds a bit like "Don't Look Now but this film is very recent and much more graphic). Ghostly people appear everywhere. Big climactic ending with daughter tied up and about to be burned as a witch

any idea what this is?

"Silent Hill" (2006)

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0384537/

Never seen it but I believe it's based on the video game of the same name.

Available on DVD and high-def. Blu-Ray disc as of 08/22/06.

Yup that's the one. Thanks. Didn't expect it to be as good as it was.

Yes...it was PRETTY creepy for the most part, but a couple of parts DID play off like a video game and that was the drawback.

Way better than one would have expected.
