all i remember is this guy that moves to a new house. he loves martial arts. he turns the garage into a training room. he also hangs up a poster of bruce lee on the wall. then there's a guy who plays bruce lee. he comes back in ghostly form to give the kid advice and help him train. i also remember one scene where his dad tears down the bruce lee poster and also i think his dad owns a bar or something like that.

a bunch of bullies are in a fast food place and one of them orders a bunch of burgers and then see's the main character from the window and then walks outside to fight him?

It's funny seeing Van Damme in the poster for No Retreat, No Surrender. He's like a secondary character in the movie, I mean, he's the main villain, but he's like in 20% of the movie.
