There's a Black guy on TV's The Sarah Conner Chronicles but that's about it for me.

Boycott would be an excellent choice. It's probably one of HBO's best efforts.

I missed it when it played the Belcourt Theatre here in Nashville a few months ago. I need to Netflix it.

Anyways, I'll be watching some more of Deadwood on DVD.

I think there is a black guy or two in that.

I have no clue as to what I'll be watching this pm but, i'm pretty sure it won't have any social commentary. So, I guess my answer would be no.

We re-watched King, the TV mini-series from 1978. My wife, who happens to be black, and my mother-in-law, who is also black by some strange coincidence, were watching with me, and my wife had the nerve to say that the Kennedys could have done more. I wanted to say (but prudently kept silent, since I'm white), "what, getting their heads blown off for being N-lovers wasn't enough for ya?"

I did get some satisfaction by knowing what my wife didn't - that Martin Luther King's real birth name was Michael, as his father had it changed while he was growing up.
