There's a lot to be said about ethics behind the methods involved in the experiment to make a person less prone to violence.

Take away all the perverted sex stuff in the movie (except the set decoration of milk bar that's awesome!) and have it focus more on Alex and less on his gang.

I think all the ingredients are there for an amazing film. Though I suppose having a murderer/rapist as your main protagonist doesn't bode too well with the studios. I say in the right hands it could be great.

Ah, Fuck it. I'm with you. Not because I'd be interested in seeing it, but because I think it would be funny to read the threads here about people bitching about it.

This is a horrible idea.

Expect studios to call you with a job offer and a huge salary

Heh. I've got an issue of the art magazine Lemon, dedicated to Kubrick, which included full-size sheets of those cards. I'm debating tearing them out and having them framed.
