Don't watch the video on this page unless you want to know. I can make out most of what he says, and it seems pretty accurate.

Funny, I just wrote a grad-school paper on this movie.
The line makes perfect sense. He's certain about what he's going to do. But you never know for certain if they'll ever see each other again.
I think that without Tokyo, they cannot be together.

I loved that movie and while I can understand wanting to know, I've always felt that not knowing is better. But that's just me.
