After Dark Horrorfest 2007 -8 (more) Films To Die For
#26
DVD Talk Limited Edition
I was on Amazon the other day looking for all of these films and I saw a couple that were not listed as part of the original 8 (also not on the afterdark website) I know I'm not seeing things as the artwork contained the same design as the others - I thought one was called "Fracture(s)" but I guess not.
Anyone have any further info on this?

I watched Borderland tonight. Lots of gore and the story moved along at a pretty good pace. They probably could have trimmed 10 minutes or so to tighten it up but I still enjoyed it.

Add about 40 minutes of straight character development and backstory and this would have been much, much better.
For the most part I agree, I didn't like the ending though...
2.5 out of a 5 for this one.

Crazy Eights - this one was ok - nothing you haven't seen before but the acting really killed a lot of the tension for me.
Nightmare Man - this honesltly may just be the worst movie I've ever seen. Right up there with Last Days. I'm really shocked by how bad this film was. You will need to be really, really, really, really, be forgiving to like this film.
I think I'm done with this years horrorfest. I do not plan on seeing Lake Dead, Tooth & Nail, Unearthed, & the Deaths of Ian Stone as I don't have any interest them.
Frontiers (the one not realeased) is the last I will check out. I viewed four last year and four this year - Kinda funny how it worked out.

I actually thought it was just OK, but better than most of the "8 films to die for"...
