The 2nd trailer leaked on youtube. Why do they only show a bunch of comedic moments? I hope this movie isnt Last Crusade x 10. That would really suck.

I love LC but the trailer for this gives me the vibe that Indy is now a bumbling old bafoon. Gotta make George's kids laugh, you know. Hopefully that's just the trailer and not representative of the whole film.

I don't get that vibe at all. Ya there seems to be a little light hearted humor feel to it, but not on the level of LC (IMO think LC is definitely the weakest of the trilogy). I still think this will hold up to the vibe and feel of Raiders, it seems fairly gritty, and the action seems to be spot on. I will be disappointed if they dumb down the characters like they did with Sallah in LC though.

I also think an official trailer thats better quality will help as well.

Wow, I completely disagree. I think the teaser was completely lackluster. I didn't need the recap of the last three movies, and the scenes they showed just didn't seem to have that magic. I also hate the "You're a teacher?" "Part time!" bit.

That trailer did absolutely nothing for me. I'm still optimistic about the movie since Spielberg is still a fine director(unlike his friend, George) and the previous Indy movies had mediocre trailers as well.

Still, this is one of the most lackluster ad campaigns I've ever seen for a major summer blockbuster. A trailer released only 3 weeks before the movie is due in theaters? Are you kidding me?
