help identifying some cartoons

i'm trying to remember a few cartoons that i used to watch. Any help is appeciated.

1) i think there were 3 guys and they all had these robot like suits (one yellow, 1 green, and 1 blue i believe).

2) i believe this one is foreign. a kid and his mom own a bar(i think), one day a pirate walks into the bar and asks the boy if he would like to join him, the mom agrees, later on the kid finds out the pirate is a bad guy and fights against the pirates with some soldiers.

3) this one had a weird look to it, the main guy had on a brown jacket and a black shirt underneath. he was always on some kind of secret mission.

4) all i remember is a funny looking cat with some kind of kung fu headband.

thanks in advance!

just realized i should have put this in the tv show forum. sorry, please move.

Awful cartoon and obscure, but could #1 be "The Three Robonic Stooges"? They each had different colored outfits. Moe was blue.

#2 sounds like Disney's Treasure Planet.
