Interesting that in Sleeping Beauty they have the prince fight a duel with the evil witch. Wasn't that originally planned for Snow White?

Sorry to semi-threadjack, but does anyone know of any good books or resources that go deep into the history of the classic to modern-day Disney films? I'd love to read up on this.
