Wedding Singer question

I was hoping everyone could help me settle a stupid argument I had last night with my best friend over some beers. Was Alexis Arquette supposed to look like Pete Burns from Dead or Alive or Boy George. I am almost certain that he was supposed to look like Pete Burns.

Boy George.

No reason except...he looks like Boy George.

Also

Trivia

The character George is a spoof of Boy George.

Boy George, which is why he sings a Culture Club song.

His name is George in the movie. Not as concrete an argument for Boy George as those written above, but that leads me to believe the answer is Boy George

Doesn't Adam Sandler jokingly call him Boy George in the movie?

Oh My Gawd! I never, until this thread ,realized that was Arquette!! I saw the movie years ago and the 1st time I saw Arquette was on "The Surreal Life" but I never made the connection.

Yeah, I had seen him in other roles then but never knew he lived his real life as a tyranny.

Oy, that's not the most flattering Freudian slip.

Um, by whom? Me? If he's done porn, I have no idea. I remember seeing him as a guy in the killer doll movie. Had to do a double take there. I think he was androgenous in another film.

It's because you said "... he lived his real life as a tyranny" instead of a TRANNY. Thats the slip.
