Screen cap request-- Falling Down
I'd do it myself, but:I can't screen print with windows media player or media player classic, and the get image-function in media player classic doesn't work...!!
A few minutes into Falling Down we are introduced to the wife-character in L.A. walking with her child. As they walk toward their home some 80s type bodybuilder guy walks past (carrying a gym bag and wearing (little) dark clothing).
Anyone wanna screen cap this guy?

Sorry to bump this thread, but I couldn't find any other screen cap request thread.
Can anyone post the screen cap from Monster Squad for the scene where they befriend Frankenstein, and are walking down the road holding hands in the sunset?
Thank you

) Oh wait. That was here. WTF? Did Parcher's DVD player break? Is Parcher Parcher elsewhere? Did Parcher mean he wanted to look like a guy running out of town with a dufflebag?

Thank you so much DarthVong! Greatly appreciated!!
My computer uses a program called Cyberlink Powerdvd to play dvds, and I don't see a screen cap button while playing a dvd. Does anyone have any recommendations for a program that can maybe do this? Thank you.

PowerDVD has a "Capture Frame" button, it looks like a little camera. I think you can also just hit the "C" key and accomplish the same thing. You can configure the location where you want the snapshots to be stored under Configuration->Player Tab->Advanced.

I have 100% dedication for thisI'm at about 210 lbs now at 5'10. My bench is on 315 lbs for 5 reps or so (I mostly do incline dumbell presses). Bench isn't a big focus for me, but it is for everyone else.
MY diet is 100% strict every day. No candy, and I count calories whenever I can - only exceptions are eating out or eating with family.
I've also bought a lot of (legit) supplements, they seem to help.
I'll create a thread whenever I reach my goal of looking like that guy. I'd say it should be possible in 1.5 years or so...should be enough time to add an inch to my arms and 15 lbs of bodyweight (minus what I diet down).
