For me, the scene that always gives me chills is the P-51 attack on the prison camp in Empire of the Sun. Between John Williams " Cadillac's of the Sky", and Jim seeing the pilot in slow motion, it gets me every time.

The one scene that always gets me is in The Two Towers when Aaragorn and King Theoden ride out when they have lost hope. Then we see Gandalf in his awesome pure white robe and white horse. Cue pre-pubescent boys singing as he rides down that impossible incline.

The aforementioned scene from Children of Men really gets me.

In The Elephant Man, when John Merrick is talking to Dr. Treves' wife and starts crying, stating its the first time a beautiful woman has ever been kind to him. Not only do I get the chills, I start crying like a baby.

Just about any big moment in any sports movie or when the underdog in a sports movie triumphs.

that gives me chills... great example of moving music with the emotion of the movie....

also the music with the trees when they finally decide to fight...

lord of the rings has one of the best scores ever
