Although they don't look too much alike (It's more of a character-actor thing) I'm always having difficulty telling James LeGros and Jack Noseworthy apart

Katharine Hepburn (late 30's 40's era) and Milla Jovovich.
In the comedy Bringing Up Baby Hepburn looks much like Milla. I think these two could have definitely passed as sisters. On and off screen their character is similar and they have portrayed the independent, confident and no-nonsense woman (excluding Bringing Up Baby, of course).

I always thought that when the actor Jonathan Banks was younger he looked a lot like Zoot from the Electric Mayhem on the Muppet show.

I think David Duchovny and Tom Everett look quite similar, at least in this comparison:
Might just be that they have the identical haircut in the pictures.

I didn't notice it before, but Zoe Saldana says she often gets mistaken for Thandie Newton. I can see it now.
In other Star Trek-related connections, I watched the G.I. Joe trailer and thought, "Man, Clifton Collins (Nero's sidekick) is gonna be popular this summer!" But I didn't know that was someone else: Said Taghmaoui.

I am just now getting into Weeds and thought for SURE Justin Kirk had to be Chris Kattan's bother. They look kind of alike, and even sound alike.
