I wanted to add to this a while ago, but I couldn't remember which actors I thought were dead ringers. Watching a movie today, it came back to me.

The guy below is a French actor named Francois Cluzet, and on film he often looks eerily like Dustin Hoffman. Not only that, but he walks like him (see L'Enfer for evidence), and he is an equally great actor.
