Saw Hostel 2

Really this thing is a glorified snuff movie.
Spoiler:
One of the first murder scenes shows one of the buyers(a woman) getting into a bathtub naked. Now above this bathtub is an innocent young girl hanging upside down tied up. The woman has shark hooks and slashes the woman across her back over and over and then finally slits her throat. Keep in mind it shows all of this while the girl is screaming in pain. The blood is spraying all over the woman in the bathtubs face and in her mouth and she seems to be in ecstasy.
Really bad...

Blaster - What was your opinion of the first film, and how does this one compare to it, violence-wise?

I thought the first one was more entertaining
Spoiler:
The guy that lived in the first one is back in this one for the first part of the movie, but is killed off pretty quickly(decapitated). The little kid gang is also back!
The main characters in this one are three girls, who just aren't that interesting and two brothers who bought the right to kill them(one of the girls looks like one of their wives).
Spoiler:
The only other really gruesome killing is when one of the girls escapes and turns the tables on him. He gets his dick and balls chopped off and then is left to bleed to death. The movie shows his thing getting chopped off with scissors

Here I was thinking that the SAW franchise and the HOSTEL franchise were doing a sort of AvP film.

I looked at the spoilers.

Not going to lie, this sounds like a sequel that finally goes all balls out and ups the ante. And for that, I'm even more pumped up.

Hey now. Zombies are okay for kids. Sex and torture? Not so much.

But, do the 3 women go around saying "Chick, you're so lesbian"?

I'll see it, but not in the theater. The best part of the last movie was the crowd's reactions. People know what to expect this time in.

Why does anyone enjoy a horror movie? Sometimes it's cool to be freaked out...that's why I enjoy them.

Any movie that gets a specific reaction out of me...i enjoy.

If a comedy makes me laugh a ton...i enjoy it. It did it's job.
If a thriller gets me on the edge of my seat...i enjoy it. It did it's job.
If a mystery gives me an interesting plot and twists...i enjoy it. It did it's job.
If a scary movie freaks me out...i enjoy it. It did it's job.

You do realize that deriding a movie due to its violent contents around here makes people more likely to see it don't you?

If what you say is true, then I wonder how it managed an R rating over NC-17.

Oh yeah forgot to mention
Spoiler:
when the guy gets his dick and balls chopped off she grabs it and throws it, then a doberman pincher starts eating it.
It really shouldn't even be called a horror movie, because it isn't scary. It is just really gruesome...

The copy that is floating around (and Blaster1 likely saw) is allegidely a workprint, so odds are several scenes will NOT be in the final product (but will likely reappear on the unrated DVD), along with some other changes ( added music, visual effects, etc; ).

Dang, Eli Roth might as well go ahead and make the "Thanksgiving" movie previewed during Grindhouse. Couldn't be more vomit inducing.

So they can run home and pleasure themselves to all the gore they just saw.
