And if anyone is curious, my next hint was going to be: Five members of the cast have appeared in five different series on HBO. Two of them made guest appearances, and the other three were part of the regular cast.

I'll be perfectly honest--I only got it because I know the actor in that second shot and just started browsing through his IMDb listing and made an educated guess. I've never seen Eye of God; heard of it, though. But I still feel like I cheated.

I didn't expect that one to be guessed by someone who had actually seen the movie. I'd never heard of it until I saw this. And I try to find answers in this thread when I haven't actually seen the movie. For example, I've never seen Scarlet Diva (thank you, Frenzy). It's impossible to "cheat" in this game, IMO. If no one was able to guess Eye of God after a couple more hints, I was just going to post a screenshot that showed someone like Nick Stahl or Richard Jenkins so someone could get the answer from a filmography.

I have seen Eye of God, but I didn't recognize the shots.

If you need a hint: out of all the movies this director has made, ths film is considered his only "horror" effort. Though horror is probably not the correct genre to attach to this flick; "right and proper mindfuck" would be a better fit.
