i hope this is in the right forum. anyway, i need to come up with some good songs for a highschool prom slideshow. so far i have 'life is a highway', this song by josh groban, and i need some more. they both need to be sorta peppy, but not sad or anything. i was thinking some sort of classic rock song or something, i dont know. but they need to be clean: its a christian school. any help is greatly appriciated!

This is, and sounds, really dated (80s) and I have no idea how well it would go over, but how about "Together in Electric Dreams" by Giorgio Moroder and Philip Oakey (of Human League)? It's from the film Electric Dreams and is certainly peppy. It's about friendship never ending, but not in a sad way at all.

I use these songs for my sixth grade graduation slide show each year. It gets the whole house drowning in tears every year.

Vitamin C- Friends forever, Sara Mclaughlin- I will remember you, Natalie Merchant- These are the days to remember, Green Day- Time of your Life.

One more good one is the old reliable School's Out by Alice Cooper.
