DC didn't let the trademark lapse. It was Fawcett who did. By the time DC picked up the rights to the character, Marvel had trademarked their Captain Marvel.

But in a roundabout way, DC suing Fawcett did make them dump the character. So it can be blamed on DC.

There is also an early access showing on Saturday the 23rd. The early access showing isn't showing up on A-List or Atom Tickets yet. However, it's showing up on Fandango.

Got mine for 7pm that day through Fandango. Also redeemed some comics on Comixology with that purchase. Looks like it's a Fandango exclusive.

Yes, it's specifically called a Fandango Exclusive. Same how Aquaman Prime preview was only through Atom.

It's $11.70 to catch the 4pm show on the 23rd in my area plus the Fandango surcharge.

I didn't pay for it. You can use A-List through Fandango. That is what I did. I usually always do because I earn Fandango points and can use them on digital rentals.

I have to say that they look fantastic in HD. My DVD release looks like mud compared to these. I was very impressed and surprised! If you love this cheesy show and grew up watching it every Saturday as I did, check it out. I would love to see them give Isis the same treatment.
