I remember this from my childhood, but don't remember much. I want to say it could have been an after school special or an disney special. I remember a house being flooding and people clinging to the top of the house I think? I know it's a hard request but any help would be appreciated!

I believe the movie you are referring to is entitled "CNN's coverage of Hurricane Katrina."

I remember a tv movie from the early-to-mid nineties called "Flood: Who Will Save our Children" (not sure why, but I do remember the full title). It was a true story about how a big children's camp tried to evacuate the kids when there was a flood happening, and the schoolbusses overturned, sweeping the children away into the flood waters. Most of the movie is the kids clinging to trees, fences, etc... a lot of them drowned, but quite a few survived.

Nah I remember it when I was a kid...sometime in the 80's or very early 90's.....It was some kind of made for tv movie I think.

If I watched it when it first aired in early '84 I was only 3, so I knew I only had very scant memories of it.

'84 was right around my heyday. I have very scant memories of that time as well.

The movie I've seen called "Cougar" was totally different than that.

So that was the first time Hilary Swank played a boy.
