Any good Occult horror movies?
I like those heady satanic-cult-is-in-on-it type of movies. Love Rosemary's Baby and my dad suggested Race With the Devil..which I actually enjoyed. Eye of the Devil another one I really liked that I caught on TCM but its not on dvd sadly. Just wondering if anyone has any other suggestions?

Thanks for the help guys! Already seen most of the "typical" ones out there. I'm looking for the not so obvious ones. But anything you got let me know. A group of us are trying to compile as many as we can

So you're looking for movies that deal specifically with cults (Satanic or other evil force), not movies that deal with the occult (which would include nearly every supernatural themed movie).
Wicker Man and The Devil Rides Out have been mentioned and are both favorites of mine. Some others (hopefully some of these are new to you):
The Sentinel (1977 version; has a Rosemary's Baby vibe, with a great cast of character actors)
The Seventh Victim (brilliant Val Lewton movie)
The Dark Secret of Harvest Home (if you can find it)
The Brotherhood of Satan (rather overlooked, but quite good - and a lot better than much of the 70s Satan-themed movies that are better known)
The Believers (an overlooked, but very solid, 80s movie)
The Nameless (the Spanish Los Sin Nombre)
The Perfume of the Lady in Black (not a giallo, but an excellent - and at times shocking - cult horror movie)
The Short Night of Glass Dolls (another movie often mistaken for a giallo - challenging, but very well done)
Dagon (have to throw a Lovecraft cult in there)
That's all I have time to type now. But there are lots more.

Horror Hotel is a good one. I also thought of:
The Sect (1991 Michele Soavi movie)
The Witches (1966 Hammer Horror)
The Day of the Beast (1995 Alex de la Iglesia movie that cries out for a R1 release; more on the comedic side)
The Servants of Twilight fits the bill, though I didn't think it was a particularly good movie. Still, one of the better Koontz adaptations. Book was better, but the movie (a made-for-tv job) is faithful. Kept the great ending:

Would Angel Heart count? The same goes for Lair of the White Worm, In the Mouth of Madness, Lord of Illusions and The Howling. But after re-reading your post those prolly won't fit what you looking for. ^^

I have The Ninth Gate and In the Mouth of Madness both of which I love. I recently re-watched Lair of the White worm which was silly good fun but not really what I was looking for.
