Al Pacino's speech before the final game in Any Given Sunday
Exactly what I was going to say. I think it was at halftime, though.

Dead Poet's Society

I have actually repeated "Carpe Diem" in my head prior to asking girls on a date.

As a Bloomington resident, I'm obligate to mention Hoosiers and Breaking Away, but my most personally-inspiring movie has always been Branagh's Henry V... KB's delivery of Henry's speech before the battle of Agincourt always makes me want to go out and find a Frenchman to punch.

BTW - This thread "inspired" me to rewatch Branagh's Henry V just this weekend. I wept during the Agincourt 'Non nobis Domine' aftermath scene.

While I admit that my Midwestern ear isn't as Shakepeare-compatible as I might otherwise like it to be, I understood a significantly larger portion of the dialog this time 'round, and my opinion/appreciation of this movie has grown significantly. I cannot recommend this movie highly enough.
