There is no one that can get me to a movie I have zero interest in, but I am always happy when these guys show up (and they don't tend to get involved with a lot of lame movies).
Ian Mckellan
Robert Downey Jr.
Hugo Weaving
Tilda Swinton
Harry Dean Stanton
Angela Basset
Famke Jannsen
& the obligatory
Chris Walken
Christian Bale
&
Ed Norton

I have to agree about Mr Butler.... *le sigh* what a hunk of manhood...
so much so that when 300 comes out I'm going to need supervision otherwise I may be arrested for causing a disturbance in the theater ...

that reminds me I have to rent: "Beowulf & Grendel"
another actor I really admire, after rewatching "The Wind That Shakes the Barley" over the weekend is Cillian Murphy - he really brings an intensity to his roles.

David Duchovny...after seeing the wonderful "Californication" on Showtime, i really got into a DD kick. i loved the first "X-Files: Fight the Future" movie and then recently saw "Things We Lost in the Fire" and "The TV Set" and looking very forward to "X-Files: I Want To Believe". i know he doesn't have much expression, but i just like him and he is my new "it" actor of the moment.
