What is the scariest non-ghost movie you have seen?

non-ghost means not supernatural stuff. otherwise everything goes. for example alien is a scary non-ghost movie.

anything that immediately comes to mind?

Nothing really scares me now but when I was a kid Helter Skelter scarred the hell out of me.

The Descent - one of the scariest flicks I've seen in a long time.

Halloween
The Exorcist

just from the trailers i'll throw my hat into the ring and say that the new "Rocky Balboa" monster is one of the scariest non-cg creatures i have seen in a very long time.
