I don't confuse them but they look almost the same

I always get rising stars Ansel Elgord and Taron Egerton confused. I have just discovered that they did a movie together and I still literally don't know which is which when they're both on the poster together.

I think Egerton is on the left and Elgord is on the right. But I wouldn't bet my life on it.

Yep. When I first saw 'Mary Walker' on Iron Fist, I thought she was 'Trish Walker' from Jessica Jones.

They don't look alike but if I see their name in the credits or movie description I get them and their movies confused until I see them on-screen.

Basically he met Josh Duhamel for the first time, and Josh took a picture with Olyphant's family. Then he sent that out as his Xmas card that year, fooling even his mom.
