Store owner has video game cabinet. Person comes play. Somehow ends up unconscious. Gets thrown into a room that looks just like the game to freak them out. After a time they get knocked out again and put back in front of the game cabinet. Store owner does it just to mess with people. Someone told me about this while we were talking about Silent Hill and it sounded awesome!

There was an old episode of Are You Afraid of the Dark that had a kid that got put into a pinball/video game.

Yes I thought of AYAOTD, but they got stuck in the game for real. This doesn't involve any magical video game worlds, just some sedatives and a really sick mind
