Classic comedy exchange: Which movie is it from?
Which movie/s is this classic exchange from?
it goes something like this:
Lawyer: "Would you describe the defendant as a dishonest person?"
witness: "Well, OK if you want me to"

Not so sure it's Marx Bros. The only court scene that comes to mind would be from Duck Soup and I don't think it's from there. However, now it's going to make me nuts until I figure it out.

The only thing that came up on IMDB is this from Red Dwarf
but their quote search feature is not the best in the world...
Kryten: [about Rimmer] Would you describe the accused as a friend?
The Cat: Take the Fifth!
Kryten: Now, sir, if you can give an honest answer. You are under polygraphic surveillance. Would you describe the accused as a friend?
Lister: No, I describe the accused as a git.
