Those 'photoshopped black lines' are a photo enhancement technique, designed to give images a comic book-like appearance.

If you've seen the trailer, then you know there's a hospital in it, and that hospital blows up in that same trailer.

Actually the guy who "leaked" the photos posts on batman-on-film and said the black lines/dots are designed to prevent photocopying of the pics.

Apparently there were a few people who got the originals from a source and then leaked them. They are saying these pics are not an intentional leak by the studio, although the timing of the release of these and April fool's day is suspect.

The NIN ARG did something pretty much exactly like this. There should be more calls in the future.
