Anthony Michael Hall as John Smith
Emilio Estevez as William H. Bonney
Judd Nelson as Jack Richmond
Molly Ringwald as Frannie Goldsmith
Ally Sheedy as Herself
Christopher Walken as Principal Vernon

Use essentially the same script. Tell me you wouldn't pay $8.50 to see that.

Late '90s gave us a good group of teen actors to choose form (American Pie, Scream, I Know What You did...) -- but they're all grown now.

But what big name teen actors are out there nowadays? I honestly can't think of enough to fill a cast of 5

Somehow, a Breakfast Club remake would end up with Ashton Kutcher, Ryan Reynolds, Chris Klein and Chris Evans.

Cue Twilight Zone theme as RIGHT when I spotted this thread "Don't You Forget about Me" came on the radio.

But I have to say I now hate this movie. But I used to like it. Don't know who I'd cast.

You could use a lot of the cast from "One Tree Hill", or perhaps "The O.C."

Interesting method!

The Jock, the Princess, the Nerd, the Misfit

And of course, Judd Nelson would reprise his role

"The Dim Sum Club" doesn't have that great of a ring to it though.

I could actually go for some dim sum right now.

Just like how the proposed statue of the WHITE 9/11 firemen moment was going to be multiethnic.

Not *my* top choices, but it would likely be:

Chad Michael Murray .... Andrew 'Andy' Clark
Adam Brody .... Brian Ralph Johnson
Bow Wow .... John Bender
Hilary Duff .... Claire Standish
Ashlee Simpson .... Allison Reynolds
Eugene Levy .... Principal Richard Vernon
Mike Epps .... Carl the Janitor

I'm sure Lindsey Lohan will take Milly Ringwold's role.

Amanda Bynes, Elisha Cuthbert, Anne Hatheway, Ginnifer Goodwin, Bijou Philips, Claire Forlani, and Rachael Leigh Cook. Catherine Bell is the vice principle and Kate Beckinsale is the teacher. It's at an all girls school.

Except that Claire Forlani and Rachael Leigh Cook are probably 35 by now.
