Tank Girl? Yay or nay?

It's one of my guilty pleasures in my film collection. What do you all think of it? Funny and exciting? Boring and over-the-top?

Yay.

I saw a rough cut of this before it was finished and it had a bunch of cool things that were taken out of the final print that would have really rocked! I saw a couple of more test screenings before it came out and they really screwed with it a bunch to try to make it more acceptable to the masses. I can't remember all the details now, but Ann Magnuson had a huge production number and a lot more time and the story about the hidden behind-the-scenes guy had about 10 minutes of screentime. I think you only see his corpse get dumped in the final release. Pity.

I only saw it once, in the theater, but yeah, I'll admit it: guilty pleasure. I wonder if I'd still like it.

Nay... I thought it was horrible, but we all have our guilty pleasures. There some horrible movies that I do like.

The big problem with Tank Girl was that the movie was VASTLY inferior to the original comic book version.

I thought it was OK, the guy at the video store hyped it up so much by the time I saw it was disappointed. It's on my list to see again, albeit with lower expectations.

Tank Girl is just as bad as Johnny Mnemonic. And wow Ice-T is in both.

The only YAY this movie will get from me.

I wish she still had the dark hair as she was quite hot with it.
