Sawthe trailer for this and it looks like a remake of Eastwood's The Gauntlet . Bad cops pick a nobody loser cop(Eastwood/Willis) to transport a prisoner(Locke/Mos Def). The cop has 118 minutes/48 hours to get the prisoner across town/from Las Vegas to L.A. The bad cops try to kill the prisoner because of what he knows and blame it on the loser cop.

48 hours is what Eastwood had in The Gauntlet to get the prisoner back.
