Gattaca, when Jerome comes in second again.
Several parts of the "Overtime" portion of My Sassy Girl, especially when she's trying to call his cell phone.
I also tear up when Robert McNamara recounts Kennedy's assassination and burial in The Fog Of War.

The scene in Blow where Depp's character hears his father's last words addressed towards him on a tape recorder. I just found it so sad that the only person who truly still cared for him had passed away.

I at least get a little dirt in the eyes with ...
Big Fish
The Straight Story
Gary Sinise's Of Mice and Men (maybe other versions would get me, too)
(Another Steinbeck) John Ford's Grapes of Wrath, the little scene when Tom Joad is dancin' with "Ma" and singing Red River Valley
And for the obligatory animal movies: Two Brothers (the "sibling" moment in the arena) and Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey (damn that powerful, powerful ending)

Nothing too novel on my list:
Braveheart
Passion of the Christ
Star Trek II
E.T.
And just about anything where a faithful dog dies:
Old Yeller
Where the Red Fern Grows
White Fang
My Dog Skip
Eight Below

I tend to cry pretty easily at films. Heck it doesn't even have to be sad. Something especially beautiful or even the right combination of visuals and musical ques can set me off.
My full list would probably fill a whole page. But off the top of my head...
Sad:
Somewhere in Time
End of Gladiator
Titanic
Anna and the King
Happy:
For some reason Miyazaki films tend to set me off. Most recently the ending of Howl's Moving Castle, and for some strange reason, the opening credits of Laputa.
The final segment of Fantasia 2000.
The landing at the end of ST:First Contact always gets me choked up too.

Crap, how could I forget Life as a House? I was talking with a coworker about this movie a while back and started crying just thinking about.
