I actually wish more movies had title cards like the films of the 30s and 40s. The closest I can think of any movie coming to this is Signs.

Well, Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story... but I want to see it in a real, "serious" movie.

Actually, although there was no opening logo, Pirates of the Carribean did have its title during the beginning of the film.

I just checked my Master and Commander DVD and the film has opening logos (three of them), partial opening credits (only the names of the companies that present the film) and a title card. Also, between the logos and the opening credits, there is a text preface stating the date and the political situation during the setting of the film.
