While people are throwing out speculation, I am going to say sleep apnea. I too loved him in his roles. RIP

I recently rewatched Rumble Fish and didn't remember that he was in that. I enjoyed his work in Short Cuts, Reservior Dogs, True Romance and a couple of others.

I wouldn't be surprised if his death was something related to Health. He got bigger each year.

Xander 01-25-06 12:07 PM

:(

"Drop him like a toilet seat, Tommy!"

Indeed. RIP

I understand his brother Sean will be heading up the investigation in a boat, with his own photographer.

Jadzia 01-25-06 12:34 PM

No mention of his brother Michael, or his sister-in-law Aimee Mann.

I'm sure they are alive and safe.

The CNBC link states he was 40 and incorrectly stated to be 44 on some websites.

I remember him best from Rush Hour and GTA San Andreas, actually. I only saw Dogs once like 8 years ago, so I can't remember really who was in it.

nazz 01-25-06 02:21 PM

He was one of those rare celebrity sybling actors that I thought really had talent.

RIP Nice Guy Eddie.

Still, he wasn't that big. My money's on drugs. If not an OD, a cocaine-induced heart attack. Or suicide.

That is sad news. He will be missed. :(

Fok 01-25-06 03:09 PM

He was a laugh in Best of the Best series

RyoHazuki 01-25-06 03:31 PM

Who shot Nice Guy Eddie?

Yeah, you'd think this was a site for DVD geeks or something.

I agree. I am assuming a heart problem caused by alcohol and/or drugs.
