I have nothing to base such suspicions on. But obviously it wasn't a murder so it's either an OD, suicide, or one of the 200,000 bathroom-related injuries that occur in the US every year.

In any case... I'm sure we'll hear the cause in the coming days. Peace be with the family in this difficult time.

The CNN photo with the obit article was from 2003 and yeah, he was pretty huge. It doesn't happen a lot but people do drop dead from heart attacks in their early 40's. He was a very watchable actor.

Sad news indeed. Favorite roles "Tom "it's casual" Drake" in The Wild Life" and "Willard" in Footloose. RIP, bro..

Reminds me of what happened with John Candy (though in Candy's case, he actually thought, based on family history, that he was going to die sooner than he did.)

Also could've been a heart attack.

From all reports, there is nothing suspicious being reported (which would likely rule out drugs...or at least the more obvious ones).

Shame really. He seemed to be a genuinely nice bloke.

I don't know his work that much, but I loved Mulholland Falls and part of it because of his performance.

I have yet playing San Andreas (he's one of the voice talent in the game), it's been sitting on my room for months. Probably I'll pick it up soon.

RIP

Wow, that's such a surprise. Sad. I'm the same age and it seems really odd to think about going out so early by natural causes if that's the case.
