Rare Japanese videotapes/laserdiscs?

Hi everyone, wonder if some of you could help me. I'm in Japan for the longhaul and have often heard about Japanese tapes/Lds of movies being rare. So i've now decided to try to get my hands on some rare gems, watch them and possibly sell them (the originals, not dubs) on ebay to get some extra beer money.

Can anyone tell me any titles I should look out for? I'll pretty much watch anything - giallo, low budget stuff but am also thinking about trying to make some cash so the rarer the stuff the better I guess. Thanks

This guy has a lot of rare LDs on ebay for sale (and much too expensive):

Locally you could get some of that stuff much cheaper.

I think the entire Green Hornet tv series was released on LD in Japan. There is a widescreen LD of The Green Slime. The 1980 horror flick Without Warning was released there on tape.

Look for some concert discs. The Japanese ones I've seen of concerts never released in the US seem to sell for a good bit on Ebay.
