Yes, this did receive the light of day on DVD. I saw it at a local Shopko over a year ago in a low budget section of their DVDs. It was five to ten dollars if my memory serves me right. I thought about it briefly but my wife would have just yelled at me for getting yet another kung-fu type DVD.
