Need help identifying a movie

There's this guy who hooks up with his ex to cheat someone's money. Both of them breaks into this caravan, and waits for the guy(whom is someone they know) with the money to show up. The girl distracts the guy by basically having sex with him. Then her accomplice sneaks to replace the briefcase with the money with an empty one. Well, turns out that the girl has a trick up her sleeve and attempts to claim all the money by pointing a gun at her accomplice. Then mayhem. The guy gets shot by someone else outside the caravan and everyone thinks he's dead. Final twist comes at the end when it turns out that the guy has already hooked up with the guy who shot him and they get all the money in the end. The film has a film-noir-ish feeling to it (to me anyway).

Does anybody know what the title is?

Aside from a couple of discrepancies, it sounds very much like the classic Australian movie Fever (1989).

I find it funny how many movies since The Sting (and perhaps there were some before it) have this plot. I assume you'll get another three or four guesses before somebody pipes in with the correct answer.
