That's a very good point but I believe that the overwhelming message of either working hard to make a difference, fighting for your life in the hood, or perpetrating crimes (depending on which rap artists you are listening to) outweighs the marijuana message. None of those activities are things done by the lazy. Sure you have your Afromans who rap about getting high and doing nothing but they are in the minority and I believe you are making a generalization. Plus believe it or not a lot of people are productive when they are high. I have been known to get high before cleaning the house or working out.
