Best Stephen King movies?

DVD Talk Gold Edition
I'd go with Christine, The Stand, Salem's Lot and Creepshow - but like the books of all better, natch.
IT - is quite possibly my favorite King book, but I felt a bit let down by the movie adaption. Really, the only thing I didn't like was, surprisingly, Tim Curry's portayal of Pennywise. I'd have thought he would have nailed it - but overall I found his performance was too over the top, almost to the point of camp. Had he played that role along the same lines as he did the devil in Legend, I think I'd have been much happier. Other than that, the rest of the cast and movie is aces!
