1. Very good supporting actor. Odd-looking.
2. Dead.

Robert De Niro
1. Street-wise. Intense method actor. Countless great roles.
2. Washed out. Light-hearted. "Let's just pick up a paycheck" roles.

Chevy Chase
1. Hilarious, goofy.
2. Not funny at all, goofy.

Mark Walhberg
1. A joke. A silly white rapper with abs.
2. A surprisingly good actor in Boogie Nights. Continues to do some great roles.

Samuel L. Jackson
1. Always a supporting role. Thought of as a supporting character with not much range as an actor. Loud.
2. Leading man. A-list superstar. Loud.

Tom Hanks went from funnyman roles in low brow comedies(and a TV sitcom) to dramatic parts in Oscar-winning films. I miss the funny guy though.
