Slither(Trailer Inside)

Slither is a new horror movie that sounds alot like the movie night of the creeps. It comes out in january and i think it looks pretty cool.

Why January? This would be a great Halloween release.

One thing is for sure, whoever made this flick ain't fucking around. I thought it was going to be a comedy for a second there and then it just got nice and nasty......count me in kids.

I've said this before and I'll say it again. James Gunn is finally redeeming himself for helping put out two shitty Scooby Doo films. In addition to writing the Dawn of the Dead remake, this is just another step in the right direction for the man. It looks like a big budget Troma film (no surprise as Gunn is a Troma graduate), and I'm all down for that. Props to him and props to Universal for taking such a risky gamble.

there sure are a lot of "scary" elements in there:
is it a blob? a snake? a body snatcher? a zombie? an axe murderer? a ghost? what? what?

The new "official" trailer emphasizes the comedy aspect more. This movie looks like it will be a lot of fun. James Gunn is awesome, so I have faith he can make a good twisted fun ride and Nathon Fillion kicks ass. I can't wait to check this out. Oh, and the new date is MARCH 31, 2006.

If this was a summer release, it would die quickly. At Halloween this year, there's already too much competition so it would die quickly as well (especially against Saw III, The Grudge 2, and Grindhouse).

Dawn of the Dead did perfectly fine in March, I don't see why this one can't as well at the same time.

The new trailer is excellent...this looks really gross, still anticipating it.

Was that also her delivering the line: "There's something wrong with me?" except with a few extra pounds?
