Jenny McCarthy writes and stars in Dirty Love

http://movies.yahoo.com/shop?d=hv&cf...626000&intl=us

Jenny McCarthy wrote and stars in the story of a jilted woman who goes on a series of dating misadventures.
Also has Carmen Electra in the cast. Something tells me it won't get great reviews, but its only going to be in Limited Release.

Like the movie poster though:

9 times out of 10, that mostly means nudity. for what ever reason, the mpaa normally puts "nudity" in ratings discriptions if there's male nudity, or in a non sexual context.

Here's a segment from her Q&A in the August FHM:

You vowed never to do onscreen nudity again, and yet in Dirty Love you bare all. What gives?
First of all, I realized, "Who gives a fuck?" Secondly, after weighing 200 pounds when I was pregnant, I wanted to show off my shit. I realized, "You know what? I love being hot!" My boobs falling out wasn't scripted, though.
How did you get them in?
One day on set I said, "John, I've been thinking about foreign sales, and there needs to be some tits." Then I added, "But I don't want it to be gratuitous. There has to be a laugh behind it." So I said to Carmen before filming started, "Listen, my boob's going to fall out in this scene and I want you to say 'Girl, your big ol' titty's hanging out.'" We were in the middle of downtown L.A., there were 100 extras who didn't know what was about to happen and we had one take to get it right. My character starts ranting because her date's thrown up on her, and I say the line, "Why does this always happen to me?" then I bend down and my boob's hanging out. Carmen delivers her line, then I whip out both of them and start jiggling my tits and screaming. It was a way of me saying, "Here are the tits, but here's a laugh about it, too."
Sounds like there's gonna be nudity to me.

Jenny McCarthy can write? I wouldn't have even guessed she could read.

Saw it at Sundance. So bad. So very, very bad. Jenny's idea of doing comedy is to keep making big, exaggerated faces for 90 minutes.

The movie does have naked breasts, though. I don't remember whose, but they were definitely naked.

She's written two bestsellers, comedy memoirs about motherhood.

She also has an autobiography. I don't know if it was a bestseller or not, but that would make three books she's written.

Come to think of it, though, the autobio did have an awful lot of pictures in it. Seems like a pic for every five words. I guess she has to keep her fans' attention somehow.

When she stars in a porno, then I'll be interested. I'll still probably have to turn the sound off, though.

I actually liked her old sketch comedy show she did on MTV right after Singled Out, and I didn't think her NBC show was that bad. But this movie just sounds bad. I'll probably rent it when it hits DVD, though.

It'll probably do as well financially as Carmen Electra's rap cd did.

Considering Carmen was not at all a bad rapper, do you mean McCarthy will deserve more attention than she's likely to get?

No, I mean it'll probably do as well financially as Carmen Electra's rap cd did. That's it. No comment in that statement about either one's talent. Nothing implying that either one is good or bad. Carmen's cd wasn't a huge seller. Jenny's movie will probably not be a huge seller. I merely mentioned Carmen's cd because she's in the movie with Jenny. If anything, maybe Jenny's movie will find a sort-of "cult" following in later years like Carmen's cd did. But who knows? Maybe it'll be the next Titanic. More likely it'll be the next Freddy Got Fingered.

The scene where Jenny's breasts "fall out" looks like she's spoofing the Tara Reid "Red Carpet Pop-Out"...

Movie looks funny, I'll give it a day in court (when it gets around to me).
